Valve caps stuck on

I've got 10mm valve caps (Anti-Tamper without a socket) on the Arctic 16v... And the damn things wont come off!!!

Tried everything but the valve just keeps spinning. Even got pliers on there too... Help

If you mean there siezed on, heat them up with a small blowtorch or lighter, should come off
