I've seen them before but a few brands do i similar design, wolfrace did a set year back, bk and someone else, i like em could do with a set of them on my mota

Check bk racing or wolfrace sites, pretty sure it's one of them
couldnt find them on either website 
Oh right, check the back/inside of the wheel iirc there might be a stamp on it telling the brand but don't quote me on that lol

Anyway back to topic, just been searchin the bay and saw a set of dotz alloy's, they look similar but on my mobile so not sure, search ' 18' dotz alloy wheels ' a set in gold , mite be them lol18' dotz alloys

Ive got the 14" version of these on my Chevette 
They're cheap universal type alloys where quite a few companies have stuck they're own branded centre caps on - mine have "CT Racing" centre caps but I can have a look behind the wheel on the weekend if you're really interested.
