hi all at mk3oc whats the best induction kit you can buy for the v6 as i was thinking or getting the pipercross foam induction kit or the pipercross viper with cold air system can you get bigger ones not diameter wise just the round ness ov it cheers all

iv got the pipercross intake and its makes a big differance, i welded a vent in the wing for the pipe to suck the cold air in, much more power now i did that but they are a bit pricy i paid 195 for mine look at my thread http://www.mk3oc.com/forum/showthread.php?p=780940&highlight=pipercross#post780940

i had a look its looks easy to put a vent in neal1 where can you get them from matey as i want one lol
you will need a vw transporter van wing, second hand one from ebay about £25, then weld the vent in your wing, i only used the 3 slats as the vent is a bit big for the astra, but its a good mod and does the job for the pipercross

Pipercross viper are the best as they keep the engine heat away, i have a K&N which is ok. the pipercross kits are £190 not cheap.
they are expencive, but its the best way of getting the cold air that the v6 loves to the engine, when i got mine i said to my self, this better bloody work the money its cost, but when i took it for a run after it was fitted i felt the differance straight away, so there a bit thumbs up from me

yea will doo lee what u wanting it for if u dont mind me asking ive a samco hose going from my throttle body to air flow sensor had to take the dimensions down for a wright fit to get one u doing same

i can get the size for you tomorrow lee, but it is a direct fit straight into the airflow sensor so no need for cutting or anything
i wanna look on ebay for a second hand one, im not paying over £100 for an induction kit tbh, i know alot of other viper kits for other cars will also fit the vauxhall v6 inlet.

thats a v6 red top turbo i remember seeing that in total vaux mag a couple ov year back now can you get them stainless pipes but it will have top me modified wont it for air flow temp sensor an mas sensor wont it buddi i like that as it gose
