What's ****ed you off today?

Ordered a new phone, ordered from BTShop good deal, paid for Saturday delivery, no dispatch email check the account now says the stock won’t be in till end of next week…

Nice communication email would have sufficed

My neighbour I get on with but they are very keeping up with the jones's and not the most considerate, constantly blocking the road as its narrow to me and over the road.

Their kids birthday today so invited the family round. Space is at a premium as they have a 2 car drive and double garage. What does he do? He gets his Porsche that's been in the garage since last summer out and parks the camper that is kept at his mum's on the drive meaning that their family car blocks the road to me and another house at the end of the cul de sac. Then the family all come round 1 blocking our main drive and the other well................ See below.

I then hear a noise the kids screaming for mummy and daddy............ Then a Porsche starting up. They have only gone out leaving the family to deal with the kids.

I genuinely don't understand why have 2 kids and palm them off on everyone else especially why on a birthday
:dodgy:

I've text him to say cars need to be moved as they are not answering the door. I actually need to move cars around tonight to go away tomorrow which isnt helping.

I've been waiting since end of March for an exhaust for my car that when I ordered was "in stock". Week or so later I asked for a update to be told 2-3 weeks. Then every few weeks I have to chase to see whats going on, only to be told it delayed a month due to manufacturing issues.

Few weeks back I rang Remus UK to ask whats going on, within 1 hour I was given dates of production, shipping dates etc PERFECT!

So as I hadnt' heard from the company I bought it from and it was 2 weeks past what they said I emailed them and it took 2 days to message to say they are waiting on a response.

I have never known -

1. A total lack of customer service like this in many years
2. A total lack being bothered. If I can ring them direct to get an answer why didnt they as they keep avoiding my questions also.

So the kitchen install was delayed 2 weeks and seemed to go ok. I did remind the installer that he had undercounter lights to fit and that he was to do a custom cupboard on the far wall as per the plans etc. He plastered all the walls and did everything. On the last day he then asked me about the undercounter lights to which he had made NO provisions for..........................

He got an electrician in to do some wiring making new holes in the walls etc. All wired up but then went to another job as the kitchen was "installed" we highlighted a massive snagging list inc a bit frigging hole in the wall and the socket fronts that they fitted bulging so not safe.

After ignoring calls and texts 2 weeks later he rocks up and forgot the holes where there! He filled but said all the shocking plastering and sockets etc where decoration not a him issue. Started doing the flooring and randomly disappeared and again ignored calls / texts leaving half the main floor up in a mess in the hall. (just what you want with a 4 year old and a dog)

He rocked up the next day asking where we are  We replied out but if you had answered said calls or texts you'd know..............

I started Sunday to sort the wall and plugs out as I'm getting no where. The electrician has rammed as many cables in as possible to the smallest box going. Rather than saying we need to put a bigger one in at cost or say anything at all as happy to pay, rammed it shut so the earths where not connected and the box bowed out off the wall you could nearly get a finger in it.

Put a new box in and half the plaster around it all fell off. So not only have I had to re do the electricians work but also a ton of plastering I'd paid for.

Was meant to be completed first 2 weeks of August while I was off - still ongoing lol

We hadn't thankfully. He has now finished the floor and done some little bits he hadnt but I'd already done the big issues as I am sick of seeing them and he in short wouldnt do it.
When the fitter cancelled the day before Install was to start we spoke to Wickes customer care who said they would call in 2 days........ We are still waiting.

We went into Wickes at the weekend as we had 5 packs of flooring left. They massively over calculated and at £79 a box its a lot of money so we got that refunded due to them messing up & the new cooker tops gone rusty after 3 uses lol

We said its not acceptable and its all gone in in a massive complaint as the customer care team haven't even spoken to us so hoping to get some money back. Utter **** show tbf.

Argh man sounds like ******* agg mate, I feel your pain as I'm having an extension done and it's gone from the builder organising everything, to me getting involved at every step just because of **** ups that keep happening, luckily nothing as bad as you have so far

Me and the misses have bought a house, moved in this week, energy etc taken out/changed over, broadband what a ******* chew on….

Previous occupations didn’t have broadband, rest of the street has fibre we don’t, no one will give us broadband over copper so EE sold us a 4g router unlimited data etc, first one turned up was the wrong dongle so because they wouldn’t get it back in time they cancelled the contract so I had to take it out again got that one and it’s ****. Get 1 bar if that in the best place in the house, the bairns PlayStation won’t connect so that’s a no go, £40 a month too.

Gave talk talk a call and they’ll do 20 mbps for £29 over copper, through bt/ee who said they couldn’t do copper, it’s getting activated on Tuesday hopefully

Not enough space in the cabinet at the end of the road, we’re on the waiting list tho. Hopefully be before February, copper was activated yesterday and it is that slow the router was saying it was disconnected
