Is it ok to run green fluid in these? Or can i run red fluid in a mk4 astra pump? Ive read a few threads on other cars and some have said racks that run red fluid cant run green as it damages the seals

As above are the different headlamp motors as when you buy a new set of headlights they always come with a set of extensions for your motors, is there not a motor that is already the correct length?
