The day has come; I've replaced the headliner... What a job... It came out pretty easy eventually, just shoved it out from behind let's say. Removed the foam and degreased it somewhat. It was a thin "paper" plate with fiber on it. Think it has been swapped before because a date code from 1997...

The plasics where pressed in a clipholder, did not managed to get them out in one piece. Maybe it requires a special tool. The headliner is out of the car... I did found the hose but it's located in the roof chassis... I hope I can fit in a new one by guiding it via the rubber in the rear...

Looks to me it clips on the chassis and not the headliner itself, now I think about it, not sure if there are 2 of 4 of them, was thinking maybe it's for a roofrack or something like that haha... Cannot find anything about it on the internet, not even a picture... It's an original Dutch...

Did you find a new one including the hall sensor? Best thing is to check if you get any readings on/to the plug from the distributor. When I had something like the same issue, this road mechanic was checking it with a LED or light bulb, it did not flash, which means the computer is not sending a...

It's a relative simple system. Mine has a vacuum pipe from the engine, it's brittle plastic after years, when it has a crack you loose pressure/vacuum and the brakes doesn't to the job anymore... Also air in the brake hoses or bad brake fluid can cause issues... If it's not the cylinder...

My guess it's the hall sensor. I changed everything and in the end it was the hall sensor in the distributor cap. There was no spark but also no fuel. Got (the mechanic) one from the scrap, engine runs better than ever. Not sure if it has a immobiliser, you can try the spare key.

Hi all, the hose to the rear end on my Caravan is cracked. I managed to find the hose between the rear (tailgate) door and the car it self between the rubber connecting hose. I wanted to fix this but after a while it has fallen down/is gone somewhere in the roof I think. Does someone knows how...

The issue is solved! It was the hall sensor in the distributor cap all the time! Now the engine puls like a 8-valve should do... It did not give any warning ever, until it quit entirely... The mechanic could not swap the sensor itself, he said something about something broke at the inside so he...

The mechanic told me the engine did not have a spark, is the no spark issue related with the no fuel from the injector? He ordered a new ignition unit with the hall sensor in it (not sure how to call it). Makes sense... It could have something to do with the stuttering. Hoping it's solved with...
