It seems to go in a full circle from ECU K69 terminal 54, down through the primary circuit of the secondary air injection pump relay K12, then carries on back to K69 terminal 56 but also has the secondary air injection pump solenoid Y15 connected in parallel to the relay circuit....

That's odd. You'd think if it was the ECU it would stay there all the time. Engine running or not. Yet, when the engine is running it's registering 0volts so it's odd that it's throwing up a code for a high voltage when it isn't which would make you think its th ECU. Very strange....

Failing that, if you can get hold of a copy of TIS you can follow the checking procedures right through. That way you'll get a definitive diagnosis.
Just a thought. P0230 refers to the primary circuit. It's the one from the ECU that switches the relay on and off. Double check that when you turn...
