i had a 10" in my clio, i just bolted a bit of carpeted mdf to the bottom of the box so it was a nice and snug in the boot.

Not sure if this is of any help to you but what the hell.... i read somewhere that due to the standard LED's shape the light is directed straight and doesnt really spread very well. To counter this you can sand the LED down so the light spreads better. I tried this on a spare LED i had lying...

but not much IMO anyone ever done cavalier lights? i think the lights need to be fairly similar to astra ones to look right!
