or you could replace it with another vauxhall one. my vec had a astra g stick in it before the turbo went in. ive changed the one in the astra for either a astra g of a zaffy one and its way shorter than standard.

keep as much as you can, including the PAS res Adz. also the rad, pipes everything! drop it out on the subframe to be safe :)

cheers for that, i really want a set of seats :) mine are pretty damn mint but just not firm enough. comfy though they are! once the lowering is done, the wheels on and i can source a set of seats i think i'll b happy with it.........for a while ;)

quick and easy question for you mk3 heads :) does a set of 3 door astra seats fit my 5 door? i know the door cards wont, just wondering about the seats, as i really miss my sri ones from the vec when driving the astra. also has anyone put a mk4 set into a mk3?

Adz on here has a saab na 2.0l engine for sale, if the turbo versions go in easy, so will the na version. and to my knowledge its not been done yet :)

Yes fella they are the very same. There aren't mint but they will dongle now. There's a tiny dint in one and really they need 4 tyres but I may pop smaller tyres on anyway. Sorry you missed out!

almost forgot im getting a nice little pile of standard bits now. non colour coded spoiler plastic steering wheel rear wiper arm standard tape deck 4 door handles and eventually 4 steels, with good tyres 4 standard springs i feel a trip to the dump coming on!
