**** man... what happened?? not being funny but have you checked the leads, plugs, 5th injector and normal injector connectors... and i had a problem where the boost pipe came off when i 1st bought it but i made a pipe to fit so it wasnt under stress. get back to me mate

Yes it will fit a 5 door. Think also it should fit engines from 1.4 all the way upto 2.0 16v as long as they are single hanger (mainly pre face but some facelifts are single hanger .... e.g my 1995 plate sport) bump

81k on clocks, air con, tax, mot, FSH (down to the point the prev owner even kept a diary of when he cleaned it!), wax oiled from new (was off the road for 2 months when brand new), full stainless magnex exhaust, recent full service inc cam belt (march), cd player, angel eyes, brand new 1 week...
