any one no if i will get any problems removing the power steering cooling rail in front the rad,will it damage the rack or pump if it gets too hot because i need the room for the intercooler pipe work.
going to change the belt but i cant undo the bolt on the crank pulley and all the little bolts have rounded off any suggestions or could it be left hand thread cheers.
what would be best option i got koni adjustables shocks but i dont knowhow much to lower it by its lowered 40mm at the moment but the front is still to high but the rear is ok should i go for front 60mm and rear 40mm or front 60mm and rear 60mm cheers
first wd40 all bolts remove nuts from anti roll bar link then release the bottom ball joint then remove the two rear bolts and out it comes may need to give it a tap with the hammer when re fitting put the rear bush end in first
if you got fuel and a spark there is no reason why it shouldt start check that you have not disturbed the tdc sensor behind the pump if this is the engine im thinking of
my mate just bought a 182 cup and thought it was the best thing and fastest in the world and kept going on at me for a race so i gave in and showed him how the astra gets down and shut him up lol it dint even come close lol
