Which ABS ecu do you have ? 25 or 15 pin ?
I may still have a 15 pin version somewhere as I swapped it for the 25 pin so I could get the speed signal to run electronic clocks

Not been on track with this car since the gearbox was fixed, only been using it for meet ups and a few shows, so now thinking of moving on and putting it up forsale...
Will be doing a ful spec list at some point and need to think of a price to put on it.
So...
Andy raise the ride height 20mm before you buy springs, theres hardly any travel with the ride height you have it set at so Im not suprised the ride is crashy!
Longer softer springs wont help as they will just compress more and be near coil bound if you keep ride height the same
Raise your front ride height 20mm and see how it feels, from your pics it looks very low, lower than mine infact, so you probably dont have alot of travel in the shocks like Dave says, If thats no better then try 350lbs springs.
You could try another fuel pump to see if its any better, a weak pump will still make pressure but will struggle under load.
Have you tried cleaning the idle control valve to see if that brings the idle speed up?
Compression figures look good mate, they are all within spec
Fuel pressure should be 3.0 bar with the vacuum pipe to the regulator removed, yours looks to be behaving normally.
Brown relay and 50 amp fuse could be for diesel heater plugs, the green relay I think is for headlight washer jet pump and the plug next to it is a test point for the rad fan if I remember rightly
What engine is in your car ?
I think the 3/20 is the fixed restriced ratio.. Mk2 GTE 16v non ABS had the same valves but they are very hard if not impossible to find these days.
If 3/30 is the closest you can find then I cant see why they wouldnt be able to be used..
3/30 are listed for the mk3 for drum brake models part...
