I have a Mk3 Haynes manual here I am giving away but with 1 catch...............

This year I am completing the 54 mile (!) bikeathon in Southend to raise a fantastic amount of money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Research. In 2011 I was diagnosed with stage 3B Hodgkins Lymphoma and I am fortunate enough to be in my third year of remission.

For this bike ride I must average 12mph, after completing my first ride for what feels like an age today I have decided this won't be too tricky with some proper training!

I will be keeping this page updated with my progress and want to thank everyone who donates It means so much to see my fundraising goal become a reality x

She battled through and over come the illness so come on folks I am not asking for much and in return you get a nice Mk3 Haynes manual
