dunno if theres a ready going thread, but thought id post up neway, with a few cars ive owned, nothing that special tbh, just cars,

share with us what you have owned anyway. and what your driving now

started with this, my 1st car when i passed given to me by my dad, 1.8i cav mint cond - only 2 pics as all the others on a lap i lost

that was wrote off, 40k from new, 1 owner (family, then me) garage all its lifem was mint, full vaux service, wads of paperwork, will be sadly missed

then came this

metro 1.4 8v, was seriously fast as flap, killed alot of stuff off the lights due to its weight

again no pics of this, but a 54 reg nissian primera, or as we dubbed it, the skymera - getting it round in the snow here

then came along a R19 16v fast as flap again, loved this motor, sadly the cam belt snapped



standard bonnet for that sleep look some kids had ripped the door trim off tho, *******s

then came a civic vtec



which i crashed, spot the bent axel / wheel

then the g.fs motor which we shared

rover 200, detangoed headlights, mk4 astra repeaters, rover alloys and mg zr 160 shocks, plus install



and the humble mk3 astra 1.7TD isuzi

Haha this kinda thread is on a local forum.Heres mine in the order i had them...
1.MK3 Vauxhall Astra 1.4
2.MK3 Vauxhall Astra 1.8 GSI......(excuse the lexus lights,it was the in thing all those years ago,also the boot looks brighter but its just the light)

4.Vauxhall Cavalier GSI Turbo.....(Swapped my Astra for it)


5.Vauxhall Calibra Turbo.....(Was a minter with fully functional 4x4,sadly a top speed run waved bye bye to a piston at 145mph+,on a private track)

6.MK3 Astra GSI Redtop/V6 converted later on......(was box standard when i bought,but looked like this when i sold it)


7.Vauxhall Cavalier V6 Auto.....(bought this just for the engine to go in my Astra.Autos rule)

8.Vauxhall Tigra....(bought for my GF,and to make a hefty profit when i sold it,cool car to drive but proper hairdressers car)

9.Pug 306 DTurbo.....(bought also for my GF but i use it for delivs and general fukin about.Love this car its superb on fuel and goes like ***(upped the boost and fuel.

10.The current 1,BMW 328i Sport.....(heavy on fuel but worth it,hate to say it but its better than any Vaux ive had, :cry: )


Above car now sports a speedbump hugging GT front splitter.
Also had a 1.1 mk3 fiesta ghia a few years ago for buzzing about in,those things are indestructable.

My first car was a 1.4 MPi LS 5door. Loved that car, but it was to slow.

Then i got the iE (picture before crash/repair)

While that was getting repaired i bought this for £150. I called it the Grot Box. It was a 1.8 16v Cesaro, originally blue, but (badly) sprayed yellow by Stevie Wonder.

but that died after a B road thrashing so i was carless for a bit

Then i bought this, just for it's Coscast XE, drove it twice - got scrapped the day the engine came out - but it's was there long enough to be named Grot Box MkII : HMS Grot Box

Then about a month ago i bought another run about because the XE conversion is taking WAY longer than we expected.

Another Saloon, this time a UK spec 1! A 2.0 8v SRi.

1986 yamaha rd350 but never had a reg till 1992



sold that as i hated the way the power valve kick in when goin round a corner

2nd
was a 1989 honda vfr400r ( nc30) had some fun on this, my first bike that i got my knee down

at the same time buying my vfr i got given my first car that was an mk3 astra still miss it



and my last pic before i sold it i still had tons more plans for it

I sold the vfr as this poped up for sale at work and i couldend say no 1999 Yamaha R6 still own this

Sold the astra and brought this very bright car its a 1998 seat ibiza gti cupra sport

Fiesta mk3 1.1 (first car) please excuse some of the ""MODS" lol





Fiesta mk3 xr2i 1.6 8v - loved this was fun to drive!! alot of work/money spent on this





Bmw 318is Coupe - only had this a month or 2 was waaaayy too slow was fun in the snow/ice though




Astra Gsi 2.0 16v - rolled this into a field




**Now im just driving a company car 56 plate Vectra SRI buying another car in jan/feb

This was my first car, loved it to bits sadly its off the road the now due to gearbox problems


and as it stands in its current state been fully underseald, gearbox back in. new AMG alloys with rubber to go on with custom -120mm springs and custom shocks.



Then bought a cheap escort which was a very nice car, had been looked after relentless of cost.



Bought a corsa very cheap no mot or tax had full GSI interior imaculate eleccy windows and central locking with only 63k on clock. sold it on for a tidy profit.



Then bought a scrapper astra for some parts then weighed it in for what i paid for it. got a brand new lowering kit, wiring loom,ecu and other bits and bobs



now the astra i am driving my first mk3 had always liked them, picked this is cheap with years ticket, year later went through its mot no probs at all.



The car is lowered now and looking a bit cleaner-ish

I know it aint a car but heres my little weekend toy that i owned until a week or two back. KX250 2 stroke seriously quick and gives me so much pleasure
had to get rid as i decided it didnt make sense that my toy was more than 5 times the value of my every day car






well thats me, looking now to leave vauxhall power and get a VW Golf 1.8T GTI

And also doing bits and bobs to the mercedes as i will never part with it. so comfy to drive

My first car i owned was a 1.2 corsa which i bought standard and then i spent loads of money on it and being 16 and really into max power catty sheds ended up like this was gutted to sell it just for the pure fact of the money i lost











but i never finished that till a couple of month after my test so i bought and astra 1.4 spi for £50 which i used for offroading





the came the 1.4 mpi for £110 which was a brilliant car 130mph lol or so it said shoed some boy racers up with it since it lookied like a sh*t box
