Its never done any of this prior the head gasket going it always started first time so I cant see wiring at fault. Unless you use the spare loom I gave you ady but I think imo its a pointless task removing the loom
The pn ecu in the boot that hasnt been opened and chip taken away is the only one u can use on that engine as its the spare from the first engine. Also the fuel relay is the original xev.
The omega reading is correct as the com wont read it as a calibra however both engines are the same ...
