Hey again guys... sorry, i totally forgot about this topic xD yes, there are some news ;) will do a resume of the work done till now ;) After having some break problems, i've solved it and then it was time to get a nice paint work on the brake calipers. didn't like the green stuff...

remap? on an full mechanical pump you cannot do it mate :P but if it is electronically controled, in portugal we have one of the best remmapers ever ;) Seat ibiza 1.9tdi 130bhp to 240bhp(more hardware needed) easily ;) AStra 1.9 cdti 150bhp to 200bhp just with remap, easy as well ;)

there's some more things to do mate ;) it dependes on how much you want to spend ;) i've fitted an 2056vk turbo from a merc on my engine, BMC CDA, injectors with more pressure, take all the boxes from the exhaust pipe, frount mount intercooler, you can play more with the diesel pump, governor...

having an tuned astra in london is a nightmare mate, wouldn't get comfortable while sleeping...and then there's no parking place anywhere around the company as well.. that a shame really, and believe me...i want to see it running more than anyone. xD

News ... mounted the steering column, after having it off for painting and cleaning, I mounted the servo brake, etc, mounted the steel mesh tubes in front and behind can't get to take a few screws and then I left it for the mechanic , I put the engine in place and installed the tubing to make...

in britain probablly in a house that can reinforce breakpads and stuff like that. i've send it to an specific house and it cost 250€ for the reinforcement, they reinforce all the clutch kit and the motor flywheel.
