the trick to make it working correctly is not to close the vanes to max, so the geometry cannot be stuck.
let it be "free", install a pressure actuator and you have to find the best pressure to run it, and its done ;)
it will do some peak boost (from the closed vanes to when it opens) and that...

the turbo is a gt2056vk from a merc 330cdi, and it will run with 1.0 1.1 bar pressure
matt, you don't need a lot to make the geometry to work and to tune it ;) in portugal there are loads of isuzus engines with vnt 20, 22, 25+ with a few years and fully...
news for yesterday...today was to rest a little bit ;)
soon will have to accommodate the wiring inside, and start to assemble the interior soon. :P
