Probably get a let for the price it would cost to turbo it, but would be different. You would need rods, pistons, block modding for oil return, manifold, turbo, intercooler, pipe work, modified/new loom, modified/new ecu..
There is a very easy way of doing it, all you need is a C20NE engine from an Astra/Calibra/Cavalier. The compression is already low enough to run up to 10psi of boost on the standard management.
You would need turbo and manifold, intercooler, rising rate fuel pressure regulator and the red injectors from the X20XEV engine (2.0 16v ecotec).
You need oil feed from the back of the block and an oil return to the sump.
You also need a non return valve on the cam breather pipe.
Thats about it really, that would build you a basic turbo engine capable of about 160bhp but if you want to go past that then the internals need changing and you would need to swap the AFM set up as it cant handle much more then that.
