any1 gone bankrupt on here? i'm trying 4 it but i've been told its gonna cost me £650 to do it is this right?

dont know about a charge but some1 i know went bankrupt 3 times (untill he got it right and is now loaded

Dont pay the people you are paying

It's £500 or £350 if on a low income.

They aint silly mate,the know you wouldnt have give them away,you owe money,you would have solod them to repay some debt.

It lasts 12 months.

ok thanks mate, i would rather loose both cars this way than have 2 pay anymore 4 a car i had on finance in 2002 that they have sold on

If you need a car,they will give you back an allowance,or they may let you keep one for a small fee.
I asked loads on that site i linked too,they couldn't have been anymore helpful.

dnt do it m8y not worth it try and keep out the **** talk 2 whoever it is you owe money 2 from experience of people goin bankrupt itll *** anything up on hp u might have theres all sorts of complications,

erm theres problems u wont e able to have a bank account or ANYTHING ON THE KNOCK for upto 10 years or summat like that,

it writes all your debts off yes,

but itll wreck you with anything that u would pay monthly even your car insurance,

somebody close 2 me has had this **** i cant say who but he looked through all the channel it sounded his best option untill it was looked into loosing his car,insurance problems,bak accounts house problems,

luckily this person tryed there best with 30k debts because of companys goin bankrupt owing him the money he had a meeting with banks they bailed him out theyd rather see a man who ends up paying his debt off than a man where watever compa\ny or coorperation its is where moneys owed where that person in questions just gonna file for bankrupcy and then they get nothing,

talk to somebody about your problems if youve got any.

I got my new bank account the next day,no debit cards/cheque book but a place i get cash in/out and pay direct debits.
Also after 12 months you can start your credit/debit cards again,you have a "clean slate"

a lot good advice there lee
i went bankrupt 6-7 years ago,opened up new accounts day after no problem at all,6 months later got a credit card,no problem at all..
kept my car as some kind (dopy) woman bashed into the side,insurance said 2 grand repair and the car was worth about 3000,i told the bankrupsy bloke it was now worth only 400 quid and he allowed me to keep it...
was a quick 26000.00 quid of my back for the meer fee of 350 quid

just spoke 2 my dad about this problem & he has just phoned the debt collectors but they wont tell him anything without my authorisation so i gotta ring them 2-moz & give them it, he is gonna speak 2 his solicitor friend 2-moz & c what he suggests & if i do go bankrupt he's gonna lend me the money 2 do it.
i have just handed the logbook over 2 a friend 4 the scooby & gonna change the logbook on the astra over 2 my mother 2-moz, the bankrupt agency is gonna call me back on monday 2 c if i want 2 do it.

Dave,the cars will be taken off you,no matter whose name they are in,and that can work against you

Bankrupt agency ermmmmm you surely aint paying someone for advice are you?
