"Dipped" car parts, anyone had it done

Im thinking about getting some of my interior bits hydrodipped, just wondering if anyone has had it done and if they look good? Im just looking at carbon effect for some bits on the bmw, im not gonna go full on mike brewer and start getting my wheels done in a cheetah print but if its decent enough id like to get some bits done on the mk3.
