ok was thinking about putting a f28 in my astra i have a 20seh engine in it and no it will not make loads of difference but i just want to get it to run at lower revs on the motorway, so here are my questions

what flywheel and clutch will i have to use
will my current driveshafts go into this gearbox
do i need a different rear mount(and have to drill it or something)
and what gear change linkage do i need

thanks in advance guys and gals

You can use your current driveshafts, you need to use the f20/f16/f18 rear gearbox mount and drill and tap it onto the F28, you'll need to convert the f28 to fwd as well. The linkage is part of the f28 and part of your current one.

Not sure on flywheel and clutch though

av got a flywheel/cluch and gearbox here if you want to come have a look at them.
