gea linkage pin

hi all.

trying to change me gear linkage bushes but cant seem to remove the pivot pin from the centre of the linkage. seems to be seized or summit.

anyone got any ideas to help me??

Have you pressed in the locking hook under the linkage pin

think i may have worded it wrong. in the haynes it refers to the part as the bellcrank pivot pin, the part that has the spring clip on it that goes through the bushes and the rear gearbox mount. the spring clip came off but not the pivot pin.
