Expand on what you are trying to do? As in fronts, rears or all around
Fronts - no
Rears - probably not as may not sit correctly.
People tried to use Corsa springs from older corsas and its advised not to as they fall out.

Corsa D's are pretty much the same size as mk3's and probably heavier so there's a good chance 45mm corsa D springs wouldn't even do anything.. Out of interest, why not just buy mk3/astra f lowering springs?
