hi all iv reicently done a engine conversion on my mk4 iv put a 2.0dti engine into a coupe iv changed the dash loom and bay loom the car will turn over but wont fire there is fuel comin throu my lights wont work clocks wont work baisicly anythink electrical isnt working any help would be grat or im guna haveto get me check book out for a auto elecy lol.

then there must be a wiring fault somewhere if theres no power in the cabin, check all your connectors. you will need power to the ecu etc
Did you remember to put diesel in it rather than petrol
yep put mu tank on off my deisel and its half full lol its a mystery iv checked all conections an there was an earth not niped up right so i nnow have dash lights but car still wont fire up my headlights still dont work only on full beam its becoming a nightmare wish i hadent started i cant see were its goin wrong so trying to get a auto elcy see were the problem is
