I bought my Astra SRI saloon just over a month ago. She is a 1993 with 114,819 miles with full Vauxhall stamped history with reciepts.
Thing is my wife and I own a very large German Shepherd. Now this is fine with the rear seats down, acts a bit like a hatch but obviously not as big! But our Shepherd is getting on, nearly 9 years old and we want to 'ease the pain' when the horrible day comes, so we have been looking at other Shepherds from rescue centres. We came across a lovely chap today but he is rather huge....must be a good 8st, our Shepherd is 6st!
Well im now wondering what to do.....keep my saloon for a bit longer or get an estate or even a van, obviously a MK3 Astra as they are such good cheap and reliable cars. Another thing saying a van....we have 2 girls and they always come for walks with us so a van may prove tricky.
