Just collected mine and Kel's new runabout

Picked up a Cavvy Sri tonight from Ravi B's dad. It's in reasonably good condition, has one rusty arch (but don't all cavvy's ) and wear on the drivers bolster. Other than that it's good. It's the 2.0 8v model (20SEH) with 130bhp, goes extremely well. Paid the princly sum of £300 for it.

We had G reg one,superb car,was a real toss up between what car to keep,when we had them both outside.

Was quite specked up inside too

my pops was really missing it, hes had it for 10 years, unbelivably reliable, i used to have a cav too, same engine had 210k on the clock, dads one only had 117 or sumin, so its just about run in

at least its gone to a good home, didnt want to advertise it round here just for some chav to come buy it ,and then always having to see it being ragged about

move on to bigger and better things, hes got a veccy gsi, duno if he showed it to you alex, black facelift one outside (i need to remove that silly silly petrol cap cover on it tho,,)

Yeah it's an early K plater, yeah he did show me the Veccy breifly.

Anyways some piccies:

Gonna do a few little mods to her, but nothing big as need to keep it cheap and reliable.

Gonna get Cav GSi wheels, lower her slightly, backbox, clear side repeaters, later boot panel and debadge the boot
