i spent an hour putting mesh in the grill today, the first mod on my car. i might spray the mesh black yet, but i,m really after a gsi grill .

yea i might do if i don't find a gsi grill first. i found the mesh lying around my old chap's garage so it didn't cost anything to do, just the way i like it

not complicated at all even for a novice like me. just took the black insides out, cut the slats off, cut the mesh a bit bigger and sort of bent the edges over the sides of the black bit. put it back together, job done!
i found the mesh in my dads garage so it was free, i think you can get it from any diy place.

now with clear side repeaters...

and had the nasty scuffs done on the corners...

try and get some lowering springs next i think(when i've got some spare cash)

i brought this yesterday to go on the car as soon as i get it sprayed...

looks like i'll have to drill the bonnet hinges as the bolt holes are 20mm further apart on mine. i didn't realise till after i brought it
still a bargain for £30 though.
