new to mk30c

hi all names sean i own a gsi replica just need a few bits like a gsi bonet without a scooby scoop slaped in the centre and got a couple of questions

1 ive got a springy clunk noise when i turn
2 when driveing if hit a slight bump it sounds like my shocker fell off
i have bought bothe arms with all bushes as i was advised on it been them ??

3 on a morning the car starts 1st time but has a nasty sqeeling noise like metle against metle from round wher the altanater is

4 also fitted a rear beam with disks and somewer round the back it nocks now and then but i cant find it

any clues just i want the car sound as i hate nocks and clunks as the anoy me lol

hiya mate, welcome to the club, the clunking noise when you turn sounds like it could be the CV joint?

alright kid welcome to the site get them bottom arms changed but ,make sure you fit the sleves in rear bushes or they will start to knock thats whats up with my cabby

change one side today what a git it was gonna do the other side tomo

springy clunking noise sounds like strut top bearing is fecked,as for the squeal you need a new alternator belt or tighten it! your rear axle sounds like a bush is gone somewhere or a knacked shocker
