Oh yeah,

Sorry i totally forgot...

Muchly appreciated :D:D

It was fintly since i bought it. Covered in muddy water stains and grease, So i made use of firstly my Gunk Engine Degreaser, then AG Engine & Machine Cleaner, the AG stuff is awesome, does a proper job.

Started by putting the Gunk straight on, then the AG, followed by a Jet Wash (karcher 160bar jobbie).

Started the engine to make sure all was ok, then put WD40 on all the connections, followed by a dressing (AG Instant Tyre Dressing).

These are the results...

You always get smashing cars, i wish one like that cropped up round here.

Was going to say, still on drums?!
Getting better Phil, looking very shiny under the bonnet

TBh i prefer the way the drums perform over the disks. Disks look prettier, but the drums seem to be more effective.

Well, the 17s didnt stay up for sale for long!

jcs came round today to have a look at them and if he liked them do a swap for his 15s. He also got himself a nice set of wind deflectors ;)

Lucky for me they were opel badged up, so they suit the car, look a bit odd going from 17s to 15s, but the car is better off for it, improved acceleration and handling, seems to be more repsonsive when braking too!

I have also had a full Sportex exhaust system fitted (4" tailpipe - same as previous).

I have also fitted a new steering wheel, although its not clicking the indicators off, or got a horn, so i'm getting a plain old Airbag one.

Along with this, the seats are going in place of some Leather ones, which means i get to keep my blue doorcards.

Still lots to do, i've still got to fix the passenger window (replace the opening mechanism), put the new splitter on the rear, get a splitter for the front, change the rear lights for standard ones, get a standfard handbrake sleeve, get and fit mudflaps, new sidestrips and OEM floor mats.

Holiday is 1 week away as well, so expect to see updates toward the end of June now..!
