Is this straight forward, or does the turbo need to come off to allow room.?

May sound like a silly question, but thought i'd check first before I star the job.

Thanks in advance.

Done it now. Bloody banjo clips are a pain in the ass, replaced with normal jubilee clips lol.

lol, yeah, usualy what i do! did you need to remove the turbo or anything? might be handy for future reference if anyone else asks.

No mate, Turbo didn't have to come off. The tricky part was undoing the banjo clips, and in particular, the one on the left hand side of the rad near the wiring from the alternator.

Withdrawing the radiator, with inter cooler bolted to it is possible, but tight, but would be a lot easier if separated. Replacing the rad, i would recommend you don't fit the bottom left hand side hose, as there is not enough room to go past the alternator, and power steering pipes. I found it easier to replace this one one radiator was fitted, and using normal jubilee clips instead of those bloody banjo clips.!

Its all self explanatory really, just take your time, and you'll be fine.

My next job is to replace my thermostat.!
