Transmission oil

I want the change transmission oil of my 2001 Classic X14NZ manual because i never changed,
So do i really change is there a life span for gear oils,
And if i need to change which oil do i need to use i dont know anything about transmissiıon oil i found sae 75w80 and sae 75w90
Is liqui moly or castrol ok for brand
im open for any suggestions

Personally, I would contact the guy on opie oils, you can do a live chat with them. Thats what I always do, i'm not sure on the life span, but probably 100k. I would get it changed if you have never done it, the oil is expensive but worth it

I want to ask something m8, my tires are 175 70 r13since bought you know engine is just 60hp i m thinking to change tire size because look and new tires with good tech comes with bigger sizes but idk about fuel consumption and acceleration difference with bigger tires
i calculated the near reading and real speeds and find these 195 50 r15 ,195 ,185 55 r15 , 185 60 r14
so what do you think do i really need to change tires or just keep going with stock size
