the basic story is im gona be renewing all my front suspension and all the components and all of them are shagged and i want my car to handle the nuts with no noises. i always think do something properly and upgrade don;t just replace.

so my question is..
i no power flex make all sort of bushs and stuff but can u buy other compents upgrades for the fron suspension.

along the lines of
anti roll bar link
wishbones ball joints and bushs
track rod end,
top mounts

i was just wondering if any companies did upgrade version of these products for a better handling car.

any ideas are good cheers guys :)

they look pretty good, and the same price as normal ones near enough. has anyone got these fitted or know alot about them> for that price im willing to be a guine pig and try them out! just have to find out what thread a track rod end is...

if you look at top piccy at rod end you have the joint coming fro rack witch sits on top of the insert in hub then you bolt down thro with a nut on the thread as per normal m8

ah i think i can see what u mean now, hard to make it out in the first picture.
i think i mite look into the ones on ebay where they make the whole track rod end for you..

PHP:
you can use saab cast alloy wishbones, much better than the pressed steel vaux ones.

any more info on these? what you gotsa get, price, the usual! lol

i was just thinking that, come on guys anyone done anythin to improve there handling on the front, im wondering most about poly top mounts, think they could be good if a compny made them, then again does all this poly stuff really make a difference?

I've heard good and bad things about poly bushes, new rubber ones are the best imo. As for changing bits on the front end, there's not a great deal to do, if you haven't got a gsi then fit a gsi antirollbar as these are thicker and stiffer than non-gsi ones, or you could get an adjustable one from whiteline who also sell camber adjustment bolts which can also help with front end handling. Other than that i would renew all the bushes on the front end and make sure your shocks and springs are in good nick

see thats what im talking about, someone with opinions and view. what have you heard about poly bushs? tbo i always thought spending a loads of dollar on some pretty bushes to hang your exhaust on seemed pretty lame...

The exhaust ones are pap they melt, as for the suspension ones they have been known to wear away the metal around them instead of them wearing.

hmm doesn't sound good, well i think im gona go for new front shocks, springs, wishbones, track rod ends and anti roll bar links, aswell as top mounts new bolts for all. best way to spend like 300 quid lol. still no more problems it everything is brand new hey. get my leg's painted yellow to to match my koni shocks..
