Thought I could offer some free advice/help!!

If anyone wants to start or getting nowhere with gains with bodybuilding then feel free to PM me.....been doing the sport for 12 years and am a Mod for Muscletalk.

I also teach Kickboxing if there are any martial art dudes on here?
 
I do my wights and go for a jog most days but wouldn't mind a little advice on getting a decent schedule worked out i.e best times to do weights, what exercises to do etc.. also what to eat. PM me if you want. :rolleyes:

i stay the same weight whatever i do so meh
 
its all about the metabolic rate, i eat like an horse but do physical work 10 hours a day, thats why i'm all rib and d*ck!!!
 
I go gym quite often im 20 years old and about 12 stone, i do quite a lot of superset excercises more so than heavy weight ones, so i'd say im quite toned, wanna be about 12.5-13 stone dont really wanna end up looking like a meat head lol! Im beginning to eat well, just need to keep it up. I play 5 a side footy once a week and try and cycle once a week just to keep the cardio all in check. :)
