my mk2 golf driver 1600 5dr, H201 VFO, 1990, 165000 miles, which makes it around average for its age

good points:
4 new tyres all round,
new altinator
new battery
new dizzy cap
new spark plug leads
alloy wheels
just been t-cutted (so is now red instead of pink)
no rot or major rust
5 months tax left
mot till april 21st
quad headlights
alloy wheels (all balenced)
is in very very good condition for its age!!
bad points:
plastic trim is faded to near white
roof liner sagging
small amount of surface rust beside nearside headlights
offside side repeater missing (didnt bother me when buying as i intended on removing them)
and bad for me (but not everyone) its a 1600, cant afford the insurance at 20 and since my girl wants it for her birthday, (18) she stands no-chance!!
which brings me to a reluctant swap!!
im after another mk2 golf (with quad headlights as this is what attracted me to it in the first place), or vauxhall corsa, must be smaller engine (1200-1400) un-modified ESPECIALLY NOT DROPPED in good running condition and MOT able preferably 5dr with not too much work doing to it, will concider other cars just ask!! best to contact me on my mobile, (preferably by text and ill get back to you) 07874768541
