Hey guys,
My Bother has got some alloy wheels on his golf there are 185/55 R15 82 H, Just wondered if they would fit on my car temp 'til i get some decent ones.

If they fit on and are tight and don't rub or anything I can't see why they wouldn't be safe but I'm no expert.

Cheers dude, If i crash i aint blaming you :P

Yeah they'll fit no probs. The stud space is the same (4x100), they also won't rub on anything. Just the offset will be wrong, but for now that won't matter.

*Disclamer, the info above maybe be true. So don't blame me if it goes tits up!:P

Ahahaha cheers mate

As above, they will fit on, but offset will be wrong.
If you check on the face of the alloy, near the BBS badge it should say ET35 or ET49

What happens when the offset is wrong? lol thanks

they are probably wrong, the offset and tyre size might be ok, but the centre is all wrong, they are mk2 golf bbs ra's, if they do not locate on the centre of the hub properly, then do not fit them, they will vibrate loose eventually
