Just bought myself another mk3, this is the fourth I've owned now but my first mk3 caravan body. Few bits to do to it and a long wish list.
Already done the little bits to get me through till payday like new alternator belt and some water hoses.

Very tidy, someone's really gone to town with the colour coding! 1.7D?

Well caravan is an abbreviation for car derived van I thought? Estate and car derived van have same body often referred to as caravan.
Yh it's a 1.7td not sure if Isuzu or gm, I assume Isuzu as it runs good, no smoke and doesn't have a Vauxhall emblem on it.

In the UK a caravan is a trailer you sleep in, a car derived van is a car derived van, or just van for short. An estate is an estate.
A car/van you sleep in is a camper.

I've seen 'caravan' used outside of the UK to refer to estate cars.

Yes caravan = estate in euroland.
It'll probably be the GM diesel as no vans used the Isuzu engine as standard. Someone could have fitted a different engine though.
