Angel lights and back lights

I have angel lights (I think they are) and some back lights, not standard but I dont know what they are called. They came when I bought the car, on the front lights the blue ring around the lights are going a bit dim I think (see pictures). One of the clips has broken on the headlight but it still stays in there securely.
One of the back lights has a little chip in the top corner. Other than that all working and fine. Please note I do not know the rest of the condition of the lights as I haven't got them out yet.

I really dont know how much they are worth so £60 for all four or £30 per pair. Thats NOT including postage cost, if someones interested I'll find out the cost of getting it sent, unless they want to pick them up.
