I suppose i'll make a quick thread about this one!

Astra J (mk6) estate, 2013 cosmo edition.

Lovely little car, the final model you can still get the ISUZU 1.7 block.
And holy hell is it buttersmooth with that m32 gearbox!

Things i absolutely love about this car:
-buttersmooth diesel engine, no clatter.
-6speed gearbox
-heated leather seats
-auto dimming rear view mirror
-AFL Bi xenon headlights
-the overal fat and luxurious shape of the car

Things i don't like about this car:
-That bloody electric handbrake button. Gotta flick it a couple of times before the car pulls it's brake... I often end up having to run back to the car as it's rolling away...

-The windshield is very tiny compared to older models, it's height is much shorter

-Everything requires a VCI code to program now, so i can't DIY retrofit any stuff anymore.

Arnt the m32 boxes not good?
I can't see any pics

In 2012 they released a new updated model of the m32 with extra oil channes, which fixes it's major problem.
so far people with the updated model have no complaints today.

Every astra J i looked at, i crawled underneath to check if it has the updated or old gearbox haha :D

At least they fixed a known fault then

You should drive it over to vboa

I'm hoping to stop by the UK this year for "tankfest"!

Takes a bit of getting used to, But you have to long hold it, think its to stop you from flicking it accidentally... I do like how there is two levels tho, so for very steep hills you can put it on twice...

Aye, and i love how it assists when you're on an angle. If i'm at a stoplight that's on a hill, it will automatically hold the Ebrake till it feels torque and then lets go.

But i must admit i accidentally made the car roll a couple of times cause i forget to pull the button when i'm done driving :D

i thought it was in like november?

NOOOOOO D:

Did some minor changes to the car!

-added ordered the parcel shelf that's supposed to go in the glovebox, apparently facelift models don't get it anymore!

-replaced that dinky little clown horn to a dual tone horn. So that it fits the car better
