Insurance cost

19 years old, been a named driver for a year. Planning to go on my own insurance at 19. Anyone would roughly know how much it would cost on a 1.8 plus induction kit...? I'm not 19 for another 2 months so I have no way of checking at the moment...

Goin by my insurance today, that was 800 quid with the mods declared (bodykit, backbox an alloys) for a 1.4, 19 with 2 years no claims. I don't think they will be too bad about a mod like that, maybe ring some insurers tomoro to find out before you go ahead?

Also drops when your out of the 2 year period when your only allowed 6 points, and as always NCB helps. But i would imagine it will be quite expensive because of your age.
