ive got an astra C14NZ and im paying 1600 a year TPFT on my mums insurance but she only has 1 years no claims bonus does anyone think this is a joke or does that sound right for an 18 yr old?

i played about 6 companies off against eachother, telling each that the other was cheapest - they all kept dropping their price till adrian flux said £590.

best thing was, the cheapest actual quote i got was £700
