isuzu with no glowplug light?

Hello, my isuzu engine is a bugger to start and all of a sudden i ve not got the glowplug light on the dash, anyone else think glow plug relay?

relay / bad earth / rare but all 4 glow plugs could be faulty / my bet is either relay or earth mate

is this the same engine that you have put in a combo lately? Was it hard to start before?

check the relay or 80 amp fuse in the drivers side footwell mate, if its in a combo/corsa. Otherwise like said, check for earth issues or bad plugs. A mate of mine had one that was a bugger to start, but he always got the light. Also there is a glow plug relay control box in the same place as the relay, that might be faulty or the connects corroded.
However there is some differences between the combo and Corsa, some cars have the fuse, others dont and also the control modules have different plugs.

his is an astra engine in a combo. Tbh i would replace the plugs unless they are shiney and new. I always buy mine from ebay, always buy the 10 for a set ones and they are good for about 2 years.

if that doesnt fix the issue then it may be that a plug has come loose or something so check all the plugs on that circuit

thats as maybe fella, but assuming its using the corsa wiring. Like i said, check the fuse and relay in the drivers side kick panel, worth a shot as thats where the wiring goes from the glow plugs. Its also worth checking the plugs themselves are working too, mind

turboshed - its on corsa combo loom as it was plug and play that way , only plugs i had left over was for the pump as for some unknown reason the 1.7d has a throttle position sensor

glow plugs are two weeks old so tomorrow im going to investigate the drivers kick panel

vauxhall should have fitted this engine from factory - im currently without a intercooler and it moves very well
