I'T Boffins: WXGA Screens / Laptop Replacment

Dilema:

Cracked my sceen on my laptop so am looking for a replacement. The laptop is an extensa 5620.

I have looked around but cannot find what type of screen came as standard eg: if its a 'WXGA' Screen or not.

I have found two different types of screen on ebay

a) Not described as wxga in title, but described as 1200x800

b) WXGA in title

All i really need to know is will they both be right? or is there a right or wrong screen for me? or does one come with a different plug etc etc

Top one mentions WXDA in the description, so either should be fine mate

WXGA is just the resolution, so as long as they're the same resolution you'll be fine.

lets just say there is 'no proof of purchase' or 'receipt' for my laptop

tbh you dont need a receipt, they will just replace like for like, ive never needed proof of purchase
