My mates got a new camera so we went on a trip out to have a muck about with them - heres few of the pics :)

Some cool photos Kev - my only critisism is that the pub is on the wonk, and not in an artistic way like the 2nd one of the bridge.

The vertical line that is the left edge of the building spoils it mate, sort it in PS ;)


You like that car park don't you - same 1 you went to for the first set of shots when you got the GSi?

oh, PS - don't know if your aware but they're shipping the 450D with the 18-55mm lens with Image Stabilisation (something we both have to do without with our kit lenses) so keep an eye on eBay for people selling them off. Cheap upgrade that'll make alot of difference to low light shots.

TBH i only put the pub pick up to show its the one off tele :lol: didnt help my mate kicked me in the balls when i took it :lol:

the car park is the same one - its 2 minutes from my house and easy to get good light :lol: TBH i used my mates Nikon to try it and its BETTER than the canon to use IMO much easier to get to grips with a play with settings :doh:

i am seriously thinking about trying to swap it now! thanks for the info ill keep a eye out and see what i can do as im skinto :(
 
some good pics, I like that bridge for some reason, been there a few times recently, god knows why i find it so interesting.

clio looks like a genuine one, colour looks odd though

Was it the D60 you used? i had a play with one the other day ( although i hav very little knowledge of them, just sell them) and it was dead easy to use and get good pics with!
 
theres something about that clio that just dont lok right, besides the colour.

nice pics though
