random offset question

just wanting to make sure really as after alot of reading still not 100% sure on offset of wheels for ph2 mk3 gsi,

the wheels im looking at are et40
should these be ok?

i know they dont have to be bang on as there is usually a bit of give between the highest and lowest offsets

they are fine they say et49 is best but im on et 37 without a issue they must be pcd 4x100 tho

yeah got the pcd etc sorted, used to own a corsa b so most stuff is still same, just wasnt sure on offset, thanks kev

Im on et35, i really wouldnt go any lower than that, mine are extreamly close to my arch

i had et40's on my sport and they were fine. with 205/40/17 tyres
