so far ive removed more then ive put on.
removed sun visor, window wiper things, stickers on window and quater panel, bump strip, m3 mirrors, tiny license plates, seat covers and the wheels but i might have the Tenzos sold so the BSAs will get a refurbish and put back on.

Put on Momo steering wheel, decat, backbox, clear repeaters, front and rear strut brace and RacersHaven.com stickers.

Heres the thing, the goal is a redtop (Long way away) so what should i concentrate on between :

Gsi bonnet, full respray, bee sting aerial and bucket seats.
Or
rear disc conversion and bigger discs and caliber on front, and better suspension (not upgrading the exaust and manifold yet cause i dont intend on keeping this engine)

Im definetly keeping the Irmscher kit ( cough cough, name drop, cough cough, rare, cough :D )

Looks much better dude!!!
Imo obviously,,, but yes i like it ;)

not bad matey, not keen on the wheels tbh but its your car

second piccy looks like you got alittle too excited and jizzed all over camera... :p

im like the choices you have made, like taking mk3 mirrors off and taking sunstrip off and decals :thumb:

whats it lowered on at the minute?????? cause shocks really make hell of a differance to the feel of the car...

if you are going to fit a redtop in her you might as well get the brakes done first, cause you will only have to do them when the engine is fitted, so doing it now will save you time and money :thumb:

i think youve improved it mate :thumb:

defo looks better than before

Its lowered on Irmscher -30mm springs.

i just realised i parked in the exact same spot within an inch nearly a year later :D

I might have those wheels sold, prefer my old ones but they need a refurbish and respray.
if the new wheels sell the old ones will be revamped and put back on.

G-Max, Im taking notes here.
Im thinking of stoping the styling for a while and concentrate on the brakes and suspension.

Shes currently a 1.4 8 valve, when i finaly drop in a redtop will the upgrated brakes and suspension still match up (hubs and stuff ) ?

when you buy the shocks they slide into you current hubs so yes they will fit onto a redtops hubs..... and the brakes will fit too.. if you buy 2.0l 16v brakes that come off of gsi's they will bolt straight on now, and when you go to upgrade the engine, you will already have the correct brakes ;)
