I saw your previous post and I was just thinking to myself, do I know what I'm getting. As I'm going to strip down and essentially refurbish in the spring, then why not keep what I've got. Is the manifold worthwhile then?

Yes - as the car was only 3 years old I hadn't done anything to the exhaust - I think that came the following year and only added another 10/11 bhp - it was the bastuk exhaust that gave more later on.

Re cams these were sourced from Germany and apparently used for modified X20XER (uprated X20XEVs) and designed for fast road / track use, hence smooth transition from off - to on-cam.

That's a lovely increase without the 4 branch and a system,cams,headwork and superchip worked really well then.
Which head did you have on the car at the time Blydenstein a pack?

Was before exhaust modified - car was only 3 years old and exhaust still ok - then fitted scorpion systen and then Lexmaul 4-2-1 manifold giving about 10-11 horses - further improved with Bastuk exhaust with a few more bhp
