Hi there guys

i'm completely new to this forum and i would like to share with you the mods i've done in my van

i will just post almost everything in one post and then will try to keep it updated

all that has been done so far:

All illumination changed to blue leds

Blue foot pedals Type-R
Illumination in blue led of the 4 seats floor
Ultimate speakers in the front doors
Hertz 65watts back doors speakers
Amplifier Sony Xplode 1200Watts 2 ch
Amplifier Alpine V-power 120Watts (amplify front speakers)
Subwoofer Pioneer Champion Series 1200 Watts
Full Insonorization with DANOSA 3kg por m^2
Trunk moded to fit audio system
Macron 1 farad with voltimeter
X-box chiped with 120Gigs e Media Center hard drive

more boost pressure and diesel bolt turned
decat and removed the last exhaust
Dump Valve

Connection to the ground:

Full kit of suspension FK HighTech (-35mm front and 40mm back)
New brake system from Vectra B with 256mm brake disks, in the front and back
Front disks Eagle Drilled, ventilated and "scratched"
EBC Green Stuff in the front
All brake system painted grey
tyres Avon ZZ3 205/40/ZR17
wheels TSW BlackICE 17" with 4x100
Anti Theft bolts

the rear bumper was home made, came from my head and from the brain of the fiber guy.

about the boost, i was running with 1.8bar, but yesterday had to open the gate and go original again at pressure.

the engine has to be replaced...have turbo issues, start whistling and loose pressure after 40 miles of full throtle... have bad compression (segments i think), oil thru the measurement thing and the injector pump has been kind of crazy...10Liters to 60 miles :S

but will replace it with the a new one, i wanted to swap with a 2.2dti but its getting impossible to buy one with electric part completly and gear box, all from the same car...

26 psi is probably too much for this turbo, id imagine thats why you have had problems. I wont put more than 22 through mine as i want it to last. Have you done any 1/4 miles in it?

no. i don't know the time it does.. have to get a program to the cellphone to do that evaluate that

about the turbo, i have a rhf4, it is suposed to be better then the original rhb4...but it has been like that for 2 years, so, its normal to go down now
