Aye. coz i dont wanna mount the numb fuse box and wiring in the bay for it. surely i can blank the EGR off.

Progress tonite wasnt much but enough to clear some floor space.
fitted both arch guards back in. struts and clipped the wiring loom back up in place along the front panel.
also got a start on my smoothin of the bay finally. i had no black for a guide coat so it got lagoon blued for tempory. its not finished obviously. got a self levelling filler to apply then it be right.
I had a really blonde moment tonight when was sorting the loom out i was wondering were 1 plug went then a realised their was another at the other end. i got really confused. then a remembered FOG LIGHTS lol

needs must mate. its ripe for anyone wanting to re-shell or even fit something big. cheap at the price but id let it go cheaper considering the hard work is done..

Me too. id take less to see it go to a mk3 lover id love to see it finished. Its a kick in the teeth to me but $hit happens.
all its gonna need is brakes. track ends and a engine and box.

3 hours grafting 2nyt smoothing some curves. slapped on some base grey mixed with 2k hardner good coat or 2 il be wet flatting it back then applying top coat. i had to stop i was too high on fumes and dizzy lol.

Big update 2nyt.... 2day ive decided to keep this project goin as i wanna finish it. :-) if my plans work out this will have the V6 out my saloon next year.. and hopefully have boost in the saloon.. :-P
anyways this evening / 2nyt ive got both inner wings painted. autosoled all the new brake lines. painted clips. fitted steering rack. fitted servo. cleaned all fuel lines. put engine bed back in. (what a bitch fittin on ya own). struts are in. took a few snaps. happy viewing.

Cheers mate 7hrs i grafted for last nyt just to get this far. i felt the tiredness this morning. might get in their in abit and crack on some more. ;-)
