MK3 from Brazil

The idea is this:

I'm gonna make a ring for them to fit on the door so I can open the windows LOL.

Like the previous picture
DSC09513.jpg
the door is gonna be treated with heat and sound isolation so it will become a sealed box for the speakers.

I don't wanna make a box outside the door because i think it will be a pain in the ass, every time I need to explain, watch the speakers and watching them so TO THE DOOR.

I'm gonna wire them with Bi-amp, one channel for the MID and one channel for the TW (witch will de placed on the mirror cover).

The new player will be a Pioneer MVH8280, the new Media Receiver.

:faint: just seen this car lookes well nice :) i knew chevvy did the astra as i was thinking on getting them badges for my car to be verry exclusiv :)

Yes I do need this and some other parts. I'm going out now, my postal code is 82305-100 City: Curitiba - Brazil, i send you a PM.

So, this I've done a lot to the car in the stereo and took me a lot of time, but all the pictures below show the result.

Everything is home-made in my garage at home.

looking good. Though is your amp remote turn on powered by the rear wiper motor? as that is just the way it looked. I also assume that you are amping the front speakers, hence why you drilled through the original door connectors?

No, i'm doing the project in 2-steps:

1st - The amp is gonna power the T162-S in the front using two channels, and the subwoofer in the bridge of the AMP.
2nd - Another amp will be in the trunk, maybe a T500.1 from RF that will power the P3 subwoofer and the P450.4 will power all the stereo of the car.

I drill because thw 2,5mm will come from the trunk to the front and 60Wrms needs to get clear and OK in the front, so that's why this big wires and not de 0.4mm original from the car.

Looks like your into your music :) Looks like your doing a proper job fitting them. Should sound nice.

I hope so. The set has all top models, a lot of work need to be done.

I guess more 4 or 5 months to get all in it's place. Need to buy:

Pioneer MVH 8280BT
Fosgate P3D210
Fosgate T500.1

cracking work :)

Ok here is more ups to the sound system!

This is a player that i've got from my brother just to have something to listen, and this wire is a new ground for the RCA's so i don't have any noise from them.
