Well engine out at weekend . It sounds really rattly I fitted a catch tank last week and a couple of days later i thought it was getting a bit noisy on tick over, anyway took rocker cover off thinking it was worn cams. everything looks spot on, noise seems to be cam chain side, so going to put spare engine in to be safe, just timing a bit **** as booked in for respray in 2 weeks and repair to front seat, oh well may as well empty wallet in style
Will be some proper updates soon but in the last two weeks this car has had
replacement engine other engine getting a refresh and a new turbo set up before it goes back in
drivers side engine mount
ignition switch
oil cooler
3 oil changes and filters
new anti freeze
power steering flush
new seals in gearbox and new oil
its determined to empty my wallet and remove the skin from my forearms
Respray delayed until 2nd week of june will hopefully back in time for billing

balance shaft delete new cam chain and guides, check sump, polished and ported head and bigger turbo injectors, fuel pump and bigger intercooler

Looking good one thing that would bug me is not taking the windows out especially the rears aso they're so easy to take out

I agree but agreed that because cars problems where only in the lower part of the car that they would stay in to keep costs downLooking good
Paying 1800 thats with wheels refurbed and spare rocker cover painted to body colour and a petrol filler repair panel frenched in
